1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Luminous Kingdom Minecraft server ("the Server") or purchasing items from our store at luminouskingdom.net ("the Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Server or Store.

2. About Luminous Kingdom

Luminous Kingdom is a private Minecraft game server operated by its owner, based in the United States. The Server is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation in any way.

3. Luminous Coins

Luminous Coins are virtual in-game currency used exclusively within the Luminous Kingdom server. By purchasing Luminous Coins, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Luminous Coins have no real-world monetary value.
• Luminous Coins cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted into real money.
• Luminous Coins are non-transferable and cannot be gifted or traded between players.
• Luminous Coins can only be used to purchase in-game items, ranks, perks, and cosmetics.
• Coins are delivered automatically to your in-game account upon successful payment.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase you agree that:

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• You must provide accurate payment and account information.
• You are responsible for entering your Minecraft username correctly. We are not responsible for coins delivered to an incorrect account due to user error.
• Purchases are subject to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered if:

• Coins were not delivered to your account within 24 hours of a confirmed payment.
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error.

To request a refund, contact us via Discord within 7 days of your purchase with proof of payment. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case at our sole discretion. We do not refund for dissatisfaction with in-game items, rank changes, server downtime, or bans due to rule violations.

6. Server Rules and Conduct

All players are expected to follow our in-game rules. Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban without refund. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Hacking, cheating, or using unauthorized modifications.
• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other players.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage.
• Attempting to disrupt server operations or infrastructure.
• Charging back legitimate purchases.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate purchase will result in an immediate and permanent ban from Luminous Kingdom. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us via Discord before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Server and Store are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Server or any features at any time without notice or liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luminous Kingdom and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Server or Store, including loss of in-game items or coins due to server issues.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Server or Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
