All purchases of Luminous Coins are final and non-refundable in most circumstances. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All sales of Luminous Coins are considered final upon successful payment confirmation. Because Luminous Coins are a virtual digital product delivered instantly to your in-game account, we are generally unable to offer refunds once delivery has been confirmed.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We will notify you via email once the refund has been issued.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate purchase without contacting us first will result in an immediate and permanent ban from Luminous Kingdom. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us via Discord before initiating a dispute with your bank.
